All of our items are printed/made by hand at time pf purchase.
Standard shipping for orders is 7-15 business days. Most orders are received within 15 days from time of ordering.
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Once your package ships, we are not held responsible for sudden changes that may result in delays, missing packages, or any circumstances that is out of our control. If there is an issue regrading your package and/or the arrival or lack thereof, please contact USPS directly.
All orders are packaged with a tracking number. A tracking number will be provided once your package is shipped. A shipping confirmation email will be sent, once your order has left our facility.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We stand behind the quality of the products we create, but if you are unhappy with your purchase, or if an item did not work out for you, we want to make things better! We are happy to offer refunds and exchanges on any U.S. orders, within 30 days of your purchase.
Returned items must be postmarked within 30 days of the customer receiving the order. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Unfortunately, items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable and will be denied. We recommend using registered mail as we cannot be held liable for any lost items in the post.
You are responsible for the shipping fees for returning your items and the original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
In the rare and unfortunate case you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at email@example.com. A new replacement item will be immediately sent to you at no charge.
